DISRUPT Exhibition Promotional Materials
This flyer, postcard, and brochure was created as promotional materials for the exhibition I participated in as one of Meredith’s Fall 2022 Emerging Artist in Residence. The flyer gives a brief introduction to the exhibit and has running dates for the exhibition, artist talk, and reception. In addition to information the flyer has, the postcard and brochure have specific information about each of the exhibiting artist’s work, with the brochure also including artist statements. The signage offers an overview of the exhibition and gives directions for each of the participant's work. The color scheme, black and white, was kept neutral to bring attention to the artwork included throughout the designs. The motif of the imagery tearing and being layered on top of each other was used to represent the exhibit’s title, ‘DISRUPT’. On the brochure, the lines of the tearing carry between each panel of the outside cover and the front and back cover imagery mirrors each other. All four pieces are promotional materials for the exhibition.
